Martial Arts.There were known as

Thaing.Thaing had two domains.

Bando is one domain which is ampty handed style.Banshe is second domain which is weapon handed style.

Bando had many branches which are Lethwei,Naban,Letpan,Kyin and so on.

Banshe had sticks,one sword,two swords, spears and throwing target

called Sitkwinhtrow.Bows and Arrows are being in Banshee.Throwing with hairpin or

hide arms are Banshee.

are not popular because we have

no movies and other media.But

Thaing is very bright and sharp because people tried to improve

among the war which was trying to

wide the ownland of the kings.
